INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING YOUR TEAM'S PROJECT

IMPORTANT: There are THREE steps to complete in order for your project to be entered in the competition.

*Exploravision rules prohibit students from submitting entries themselves; only teachers are allowed access to the submittal portal. Mrs. Benning will enter each team's information and upload their projects to the Exploravision site. What are the THREE steps?
1. Your team must email Mrs. Benning a PDF file of your project. DO NOT SEND IT WITHOUT DR K's APPROVAL FIRST!
2. Your team must complete & submit the Exploravision Project Information form below.
3. Your team must complete & submit the paper signature form given to you by Dr. K.
Carefully read and follow these instructions:
STEP 1 - EMAILING YOUR PROJECT TO MRS. BENNING:
1. Save your entire project (all pages, screenshots of your website, diagrams, images, etc.) in ONE FILE as a PDF.
Be sure the pages are in the correct order before saving as a PDF. Be sure there are no student names on any pages in your project.
NAME YOUR FILE: The file name should be identical to the title of your project.
LIKE THIS: NOT THIS:
Title of Project: The Most Magical Flying Car Title of Project: The Most Magical Flying Car
File name: TheMostMagicalFlyingCar.pdf File name: FlyingCar.pdf
2. Email the PDF file to Mrs. Benning ([email protected]).

The SUBJECT of the email should be: Exploravision-title of your project.
Example: Exploravision-The Most Magical Flying Car EXAMPLE:

STEP 2 - FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW. One form per team. The form info (except the last question) is required by the Exploravision project submittal site.
STEP 3 - Dr. K will give you a signature form. Fill it out and return it to him. (One form per team.)
